A $500 gift certificate will be awarded monthly to an entrant with a valid email address.  Certificate is good for any in-store items, to be selected at the store location chosen by the winner.  The certificate cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used to pay for any previous purchases.  One winner will be randomly chosen from the list of all entrants.  Winner to be notified by the 5th of the following month.   The certificate is valid for 60 days from the date on the certificate. 

Winner agrees to allow Furniture Factory Outlet use of their information (first initial, last name, city and state) for the purposes of posting the winner's information on the Furniture Factory Outlet web site and /or in an email if they so choose.
