We have limited quantities and one of a kind items, therefore, prices we list today may not be available tomorrow. What kind of savings do you offer? When manufacturers overproduce or retailers cancel their orders, we purchase at huge discounts. This can amount to savings of 20-30% or more below retail prices. Do you offer delivery and what is the cost? We do not offer delivery trucks. This is one of the ways we save customers money. We can help you arrange delivery if you desire. What types of payments do you accept? We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards. We've also got a great No Credit Check financing plan & free lay-a-way. You can apply for a store credit card at any of our store locations or apply on-line thru the link located on our home page. How can I find out which stores carry a specific item? What is your warranty/guarantee policy? Our furniture is covered under a full manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact the location of purchase for assistance with all warranty issues. What is the Return Policy? We want our customers to be happy with their purchases. We will do whatever it takes along with the manufacturer to assure your satisfaction. Do you sell Gift Certificates, if so can I purchase one on-line? Gift certificates can be purchased at any of our store locations. They are not, however, available on-line. What are your store hours?
